Oh my god!
That was literally the first thing I said when I first read the announcement that Gigi Hadid, one of my favourite models, is going to be part of the new Tommy Hilfiger collection. As brand ambassador, she’s obviously going to be modelling, but on top of that she’ll also be designing! I couldn’t be more excited!
The announcement for this collaboration happened sometime at the end of 2015. “This is the first collection I’ve ever co-designed, so it will always be very special to me,” said Gigi Hadid about her collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger.
Just few days ago, they released few photos of the new collection, and as I’ve been following Gigi Hadid’s street style, I’m glad that she designed something that really represents her actual style. I actually have my eyes on a few of the items already. The collection will be released online on the 1st of September, and will be in store on the 10th of September.
The best part is, Tommy Hilfiger actually giving a chance for one lucky person to own everything in the collection for free, and another 25 lucky people will receive one item each from the collection. All you have to do is sign up on their official website, give your full name and email address and wish for the best. I’m crossing my fingers right now hoping to win, even though I’ve never won a prize draw like this before, but hey! this could be my first time! 🙂
