What To Wear in Cold Weather

What To Wear In Cold Weather

Time flies very fast, it’s almost the end of 2015 already! So many amazing things happened this year, some which I’ll miss, and others… probably not. But whatever it is, I don’t regret any of it! Holiday season is coming but weather is getting colder and colder everyday.

I know I live in a country where it’s almost entirely tropical, but contrary to popular belief, we do get colder weather here in Indonesia as well during the rainy season! Obviously it’s nothing as bad as other countries further away from the equator, but it feels pretty cold to me!

In the next couple of months, probably dead in the middle of the British winter, I’ll be moving to London. Just in case you didn’t know, London can get pretty cold during the winters, and when compared to Indonesia, it’s freezing! Living in a country as hot as Indonesia, you don’t really get the opportunity to wear some of the cute winter clothes that are available, so I’ve been researching winter styles a bit in my preparation!

If you look at my latest Instagram posts, you might notice that I’ve become quite interested in layered clothes. Cold weather generally means wearing layers of thick clothes. I love to wear a simple white shirt with grey jumper and a coat, it’s such a classic combination, and with this, of course you should wear leather trousers or jeans with a pair of boots or sneakers, you can’t ever go wrong with that! I’ve been feeling so excited browsing around and shopping for some winter clothes to take with me to London. I’m not looking forward to the weather, but I’m looking forward to wear the cute winter clothes.
